Back to school this week and I'm so happy that Chelsea seems to have settled in wonderfully. Year 3 now, wow it's going fast. I have been looking back at photos and I am amazed at how she has changed in only a few years. She has 4 front teeth missing (2 top, 2 bottom) so that is a funny sight.  I did a huge photo order a few weeks back and looking at the photos gave me the urge to scrapbook.

I think I was holding my breath for a minute or so. I found a pen/glitter glue mark on Chelsea's patchwork quilt today. I am thankful that it is raining because we really need the water in our tanks but I really wanted to get my washing dry. Ok so the quilt is all finished and on Chelsea's bed. I was quicker than I thought and had it done by Tuesday morning. I did it!!! I finished quilting Chelsea's quilt on Wednesday but after machine stitching the binding on I have only hand finished a little bit of it. Wow 6 years ago Matt and I eloped to Airlie Beach and got married. So yes Chelsea was almost one and just as cute as, but such a handful. I have found some creative energy and decided that this months Aussie scrapjack by Melissa Corbet was a great place to start. Very happy with the result, it's a great feeling to know I can still do it. I have realised just how much scrap stuff I have bought over the last 6months and not looked at again.
